8 Big Bag Loop Cutting Machine

CEx4 and CEx8 are highly efficient automatic loop cutting machines, especially designed for the FIBC manufacture industry (Super Sacks). They feature an easy-to-adjust marking system that simultaneously adds up to two ink marks to the loop that then becomes the reference for proper placement and sewing on the FIBC.

The length for cutting and the position of the reference marks for sewing in the subsequent making process can be programmed into the controller.
The machine automatically cuts the loops and marks their position for subsequent sewing.

Loop or belt cutting can be performed with the  C1300 and C2000 cutting machine line; however, the machines exclusively designed for such purpose, in versions of 4 and 8 loops,  [CEx4] and[CEx8] enable reference marking, which is really useful for subsequent Big Bag body sewing.

The mark can be made with an automatic ink seal or with small hot punches. Thanks to this new fibcmachinesworld proprietary innovation, the reference can be seen on both sides and the system is fully maintenance free.
