1/2/3 & 4 COLOR IBB STANDARD PRINTER

For high-quality individual bag, big bag fabric, or tubular bag fabric printing. A simple carrying system enables cross or longitudinal color movement for perfect fit DURING OPERATION, with no need to stop the machine and change printing plate position.

Depending on the model, the Simplemak printer prints Big Bags in 1/2/3 and 4 colors.

Big Bag printers are machines designed to print woven polypropylene fabric. These machines require “piece by piece” feeding.

Two printing drum diameters create two different product lines: 2000 mm printing repeat [IBB] and 900 mm printing repeat [IBB-D900].

The 900 mm printing repeat printer enables 2 consecutive prints on the same big bag and in a single run. Therefore, it can print 4-printed side big bags in just 2 runs.

The printer features a plate position calibration system which enables positioning between colors with no need to remove and replace the plate.

This adjustment, which became an innovation in the piece-by-piece printing system, enables both longitudinal and cross positioning, which can be performed during machine operation.

Additionally, every printer has an electronic printing speed control for the worker to set the unit at optimum speed.

A remote button located on the third drum helps turn the drums up to any position for easy printing plate exchange.

Pattern Adjustment During Operation

Sacks and FIBCs (Super Sacks) usually require the printed logo and/or name of the company that will use them. The IBB2C, IBB3C, and IBB4C printers enable highly efficient, high-precision sack printing in 2, 3 and 4 colors, respectively.

AUTOMATIC NUMBERING DEVICE

An AUTOMATIC NUMBERING DEVICE [N1300] can be added to the printer line [IBB] to get correlatively numbered pieces. An electronic controller and fabric inlet sensors check the entry of each piece for correlative numbering without duplication or numbering gaps.
