Flat Fabric Cutting Machine

The equipment consists of 3 in-line machines which unwind, cut, fold, and stack flat fabric rolls.
It allows for working with flat, ventilated, or honeycomb (leno weave) fabric. The cut length can be easily set through mechanical head regulation.

For flat fabric processing, fibcmachinesworld developed the most user-friendly equipment available on the market. A very inexpensive line consisting of three in-line machines (unwinding machine, cutting machine with pickup unit, and stacking belt.)

This is an interconnected and fully automatic belt.

The machine delivers folded, ready-to-sew cuts, and you can set up any number of cuts per pile.

An additional advantage of the unit is the way in which it folds cuts, since correct edge positioning results in major time savings during the sewing process.

Both cutting temperature and the entire production line speed can be electronically regulated.
Once the roll is placed and properly threaded, the machine delivers cut, folded pieces ready for sewing and final sack closing. With the folds delivered by the machine, sewing times are significantly reduced during such process.
